Our Story
AWC Business Solutions LLC, founded in 2024, is a Delaware-registered S-Corporation owned and operated by a team of Bangladeshi-American CPAs, who also own AWC Business Solutions Ltd., a Private Limited Company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, allowing seamless client service in both markets.
We offer advisory, bookkeeping, and U.S. tax services to individuals, companies, fiduciaries, and not-for-profit organizations. Our expertise lies in cross-border tax services related to Bangladesh, as well as project evaluation and compliance support for U.S. entities with ongoing initiatives in Bangladesh. Additionally, we assist U.S. companies seeking to offshore operations to Bangladesh, leveraging our in-depth local knowledge.
We are closely affiliated with A. Wahab & Co. Chartered Accountants, one of Bangladesh’s most respected professional services firms. Established in 1968, A. Wahab & Co. employs 180 professionals and serves over 200 foreign organizations from 26 countries and 250 local entities. This partnership enhances our ability to offer a comprehensive suite of services in Bangladesh, including business matchmaking, entity formation, account maintenance, and strategic advisory services.

Ms. Labiba Wahab's career of over 7 years has consisted of audit, tax, and advisory services in the US, Canada, and Bangladesh. As an auditor at Deloitte in Boston, MA, she served major investment institutions and life sciences companies. She prepared taxes for private mid-market clients at Ernst & Young in Toronto, ON, and O'Connor & Drew in Braintree, MA, and now prepares returns independently with her own IRS PTIN.
