Our Story

AWC Business Solutions was built for clients who want U.S. CPA standards and a firm that is genuinely responsive. We help individuals and owner-led organizations stay compliant, stay organized, and make better decisions with timely financial information. Our work spans tax, accounting, and advisory support, delivered with clear scope and careful execution.

The firm was founded in 2024 as a U.S. entity, shaped by decades of professional services experience in our extended network. We grew up around the realities of client service, deadlines, and trust. We also bring an operator’s mindset. We care about clean books not as an academic exercise, but because clean information gives clients freedom. It reduces risk, prevents surprises, and makes planning possible.

Many of our clients have cross-border lives or businesses. Some are based in the U.S. with projects, teams, or counterparties overseas. Others are international founders and families navigating U.S. tax and reporting requirements. When Bangladesh is part of the picture, we offer on-the-ground context and support through our Dhaka-based company and our close relationship with A. Wahab & Co. Chartered Accountants. The result is continuity across markets without compromising U.S. quality standards.

Labiba Wahab is Co-Founder & CEO of AWC Business Solutions LLC and a Massachusetts-licensed CPA. She advises U.S. individuals and owner-led businesses on tax, accounting, and cross-border matters, with deep operating experience in Bangladesh. Labiba began her career at Deloitte in Boston and has served clients across the U.S., Canada, and Bangladesh. She is known for clear communication, careful execution, and high standards that help clients make confident decisions.
